Return Policy

OutdoorFabrics.com will accept returns on fabric ordered for a 20% restocking fee plus the original freight only if the following criteria are met:

  • Fabric is returned within 15 days of customer receiving the fabric
  • Fabric has not been cut
  • Fabric has not been tampered
  • Fabric has not been used
  • OutdoorFabrics.com DOES NOT accept returns on custom Cushion orders.
  • OutdoorFabrics.com DOES NOT accept returns on Umbrella orders.
  • OutdoorFabrics.com DOES NOT accept returns on Shower Curtains orders.
  • All custom Cushion, Umbrella, and Shower Curtains sales are FINAL
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL on fabric orders which are seven yards or less. No returns accepted.

 

All Custom Production Manufacturing

This warranty is valid only if a sample of the fabric and a copy of the bill for the item purchased is submitted.

FABRIC UTILIZED IN PRODUCTION

What is Covered?
This warranty covers the fabric becoming unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals. It does not cover labor and installation supplied by the dealer.

How Long is the Coverage Period?
The warranty coverage runs from 3 years from the date of original purchase.

What Will Glen Raven Do?
Glen Raven will supply new fabric, free, to replace the fabric which becomes unserviceable.

How Can You Get Service?
Call the dealer from whom you purchased the product, who, in turn, will contact the manufacturer of the item purchased. The manufacturer will contact Glen Raven and secure replacement fabric for you.

How Does State Law Apply?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

LABOR QUALITY AND CONSTRUCTION OF CUSTOM PRODUCTION

At Outdoorfabrics.com we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest quality products, manufacturing and customer service available; however, in the event an error is made the following guidelines have been implemented to assure a fair and expedient process for our customers!

  1. Any unsatisfactory or damaged product including overall appearance; sewing/thread construction; zipper and/or tie placement – must be acknowledge in writing within 72 hours of receipt of delivery. A detailed description of the problem/flaw must be included along with pertinent order information including purchase date, invoice number, delivery date and a daytime contact telephone number.
  2. Any production errors such as missing ties, incorrect cushion style, etc… that was included on the invoice but manufactured incorrectly will be picked up and repaired at no additional charge.

NOTE: A detailed invoice/work order is provided in writing via e-mail to all customers at the time the order is placed. It is the customers responsibility to read this invoice carefully and contact our facility within 48 hours with any errors. Although we request a courtesy acknowledgement of APPROVAL of this invoice it is NOT required. Once payment is processed and production begins – all sales are final.

**OUTDOORFABRICS.COM cannot be held responsible for overall damage or natural wear and tear on custom production due to outdoor elements; improper care and/or maintenance; nor any other constructional damage caused by external forces.**
